Lawyer with experience in trade defense, tariff policy, and customs law. Advises companies on the development and execution of strategic positions in anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard investigations, including the drafting of petitions, questionnaire responses, technical submissions, and other documents to be presented to Brazilian authorities.

Handles tariff modification requests—both for increases and reductions—as well as support or opposition submissions to third-party requests, based on legal, economic, and commercial analysis. Also works with tariff classification, import licensing, special customs regimes, and regulatory aspects of imports and exports.

Provides technical advice to companies on trade policy matters, including rules of origin, non-tariff barriers, and trade governance, as well as emerging topics such as sustainability, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and ESG in international trade.
