Brazilian boutique MPA hires ex-Ministry of Trade head as partner

Latin Lawyer published an article on the arrival of Rafaela Teixeira Vieira Noman as a partner at MPA Trade Law.

The article highlighted that MPA strengthened its international trade practice by hiring Rafaela, who previously served as director of the Trade Defense Department (Decom) of the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, and Foreign Trade (MDIC).
