MPA boosts practice with former DECOM diretor

We are proud to announce the arrival of Rafaela Noman as new partner at MPA Trade Law.

With over 20 years of experience in foreign trade, trade defense, and international negotiations, Rafaela joins our team after serving as director of the Trade Defense Department (Decom) of the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil.

With a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB), a law degree from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB), and a master’s degree in economics and foreign trade from UnB, Rafaela strengthens our team and our practice at a very important moment for foreign trade and for consolidating the expansion of our firm.
